The Story is about Prakashan who wishes to go to Germany. Thinking that his name is Old-fashioned, Prakashan changes his name to P.R.Akash and opposes in entering the nursing profession though he graduated in B.Sc Nursing. Prakashan flirts his ex-girlfriend so that both of them can go to Germany where they can get huge wages. But Salomi cheats Prakashan and Gopalji by taking the money given by Prakashan, by selling the house, and settles in Germany marrying a German citizen. In order to clear the debt of Gopalji, Prakashan starts working as a Nurse and realizes that Nursing is nothing but helping the people who are in need. Prakashan develops a romantic interest Shruthi but finally comes to know that she is suffering from a disease. So, helps her in fulfilling her desires.
